Questions

How do I join a server?

Click Play now if you have Steam. Otherwise open the console with ~ and type connect 51.255.36.108:27015 for the public server, or connect 51.255.36.108:27017 for the 1v1 queue.

How do I get VIP or admin?

Pick a tier in the shop, then open a ticket on our Discord with your SteamID. An admin activates it after payment.

I got banned. Can I appeal?

Find your ban in the ban list, then open a ticket on Discord with your SteamID and the ban reason.

An admin asked me to scan. What now?

Follow the anti-cheat scan guide. It takes about a minute. Leaving the game during a scan counts as cheating.

How do I get a custom chat tag?

Send the tag request form. Admins usually answer within 24 to 48 hours.
